- 3 TBLSP Coriander seeds Dhaniya dana
- 2 tsp Cumin seeds zeera
- 1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds methi dana
- 2 tsp poppy seeds khuskhus
- 1 No. Green cardamom Elaichi
- 1 No. Cinnamon stick Dalchini, 2 inch piece
- 4 No. cloves Laung
- 1 No. Macis Javitri
- 1/2 cup Dry coconut powder sookha khopra
- 10 No. dry curry leaves sookha kari patta
- 10 No. Dry red chilies Ba
- 5 No. Chili guntur round small spicy chilies
- 2 tsp Canola oil

Instructions
- First, roast the coconut till crispy. Now roast the rest of the ingredients. Let it cool down and grind to a smooth powder. Can be kept in airtight container for up to 3 months.
