- 1 tsp Shahi zeera
- 1/2 tsp Black whole pepper
- 5 No. Green cardamom
- 4 No. cloves
- 1 No. Cinnamon stick medium size
- 1 No. Star Anise
- 1/2 tsp Oil

Instructions
- Roast all the dry spices in a pan with the oil. It takes around 10 minutes on low flame. Let it cool and grind it to a powder. Put it in an airtight container. Lasts up to 6 months in a cool and dry place.
