Pancake makes one of the best breakfasts ever made, specially when it comes to kids. The name is enough for them to drool and look forward to an amazing morning meal. My boys love pancakes, any given day. They will take it and be super happy taking Pancakes than anything else.
When the days are special, the regular pancakes need to look a little more fancy and this pancake is for those super special days. This isn’t taking too much of your time, almost the same time as a regular pancake and the fancy decorations are basically just whipped cream, sprinkle and some candies.
Its amazing how something as simple as a Pancake can be made so fancy and the delight that it brings to the hearts, which makes these little addition look so special.

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup milk whole Milk preferred, though you can use 1% or 2% as well
- 1 1/4 cup All purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp granulated Sugar
- 4 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 No. eggs
- 6 oz Chocolate chips Semi sweet
- 2 tbsp olive oil You can also use Butter if you like
- 2 cups whipped Cream
- 8 No. Oreo cookies
- 1 pack Maltesers you can always get another chocolate candy of your choice
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Sauce
- 2 tbsp colorful sprinkles

Instructions
- Mix in flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.
- Add eggs, milk and butter.
- Whisk them all well. Keep it covered for 10 minutes.
- Heat a pan and add some oil/butter to it. Please make sure you only add little at a time. Take a ladle full and add to the pan.
- Add some chocolate chips to the pancake. Once the pancake starts bubbling, turn it over, while cooking on low heat.
- Cook from both sides, till it is light brown from both sides. Serve it on a plate.
- Spread some chocolate syrup on the pancake.
- Add some whipped cream and some more chocolate sauce. Decorate it with Oreo, Maltesers and sprinkles.
