  1. Mix Turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt, Red chili flakes, Garlic powder and Lemon Juice. Rub the spice mix on the Fish fillets
  2. Mix Flour and corn starch powder. Roll them in the flour.
  3. Heat Oil in a pan. Fry the fillet.
  4. Spread some butter on the insides of the bun and toast them a little if you want. Spread the Garlic Mayo sauce on one half of the bun.
  5. Place lettuce, Onion slice and add some Hot sauce.
  6. Place the Fish fillet.
  7. Sprinkle some dry cheese
