Oven Fried Chicken Roll
Boneless chicken marinated in buttermilk, rolled in flour, grilled in the oven. Served with a thin bread.

  1. Mix buttermilk, garlic powder, salt, hot sauce, soy sauce, Dijon mustard and curry leaves.
  2. Marinate the chicken pieces. keep aside for an hour. Pre heat the oven at 350 F.
  3. Roll the marinated chicken in bread crumbs. You can spray them lightly with an oil spray.
  4. Leave them in the oven for 30 minutes or till they are golden brown.
  5. The chicken should be turned around in 15 minutes to ensure it gets cooked evenly from both sides. Once the chicken is golden brown, its done, usually 30 minutes.
  6. For the dough, mix in Flour with salt and oil and rub. Add the water little at a time to make a soft dough. Heat a pan or a skillet. Take a small lemon sized ball out of the dough. Roll it to a thin crepe or roti. You can use little dry flour to help you roll. Roll as thin as you can and put it on the skillet. Cook on both sides till little dots appear. Do not over cook.
  7. Saute onions and bell peppers in a pan for few mins.
  8. Make a sauce mixing mayonnaise, ketchup and hot sauce.
  9. Wrap chicken, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, coriander leaves and sauce.
  10. Serve with French fries on the side. Enjoy!!!
