  1. Cut the Gobhi into small pieces. Heat the water and add Gobhi pieces in the water for 5 minutes. Drain it.
  2. Add soya sauce, red chili powder, salt, Rice flour, All purpose flour and corn starch to the Gobhi.
  3. Mix everything well and fry in little batches
  4. Drain the fried Gobhi on a kitchen towel.
  5. Add Oil to the pan. Add the crushed Garlic.
  6. Add cubed Onions and bell peppers
  7. Add hot sauce, ketchup and soya sauce along with black pepper powder
  8. Add the fried cauliflower to the sauce. Add remaining corn starch with water and add it to the pan.
  9. Serve warm.
