  1. This dish is a great option for a quick and healthy meal.
  2. Although it’s a great option for a low-carb diet. You can always substitute it with some other vegetable of your choice. This is a great dish for people following the Keto diet as well.
  3. Arrange the baby potatoes and Asparagus on a baking tray. Add a tbsp Olive oil and a little salt. Mix it well.
  4. Add mushrooms and a little more salt and Garlic powder. Preheat the oven to 400F and place the veggies in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Crush the garlic.
  6. Mix in garlic, butter, olive oil, a little salt, Red chili flakes, and dry parsley.
  7. Place the Tilapia fillet and shrimp on a baking tray.
  8. Place Jalapenos and Orange bell pepper.
  9. Spread the butter-garlic-spice mix and place the sliced lemon on top. Place it in a preheated oven at 400F for 20 mins.
  10. The veggies should look cooked and perfectly baked when taken out of the oven.
  11. The Fish should be flaky and soft. Do not overcook the fish or the shrimp. Overcooking makes the fish dry and the shrimp become chewy.
  12. Serve warm with vegetables on the side. You can always add some hot sauce for spiking up the flavor.
