  1. Mix the Chicken with Red chili flakes, Salt, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Turmeric powder and black pepper. Take Canola oil in the pan… pan fry the chicken on medium flame 5 minutes both sides.
  2. Using the same pan, sauté the veggies. The little spice left behind from the chicken spikes up the veggies…
  3. To make the sauce : take a small pan. Add olive oil. Add garlic. Once the garlic changes color, add the hot sauce (less if you prefer less spicy),followed by ketchup, white pepper powder, little salt and onion powder. Finally add apple cider vinegar. Mix it well and bring it to a boil. Add 1/4 cup of water and cook till you get desired consistency …
  4. Make some French fries if you like them with your sizzler and Boil some plain rice. Now to assemble. Heat your sizzler pan. It needs to be sizzling hot. Put leaves of cabbage.
  5. Now to assemble … heat your sizzler pan… put leaves of cabbage .. Put the rice, chicken, French fries , veggies .
  6. Just before you are ready to serve, pour the sauce… More on chicken and veggies and slightly on rice.
Recipe Notes
  • You can use bell peppers of any color you wish. A wider color range of veggies just looks more colorful and is healthier as well.
  • This Recipe makes two sizzlers which is good to serve 4 people.
