Hot Chicken Sandwich
Sandwich with fried chicken dipped in hot sauce.

  1. Add 1/2 tsp of Red chili powder, Turmeric Powder, Garlic Powder and little salt to the Chicken. Rub it well.
  2. Add the egg to the Chicken and mix it well.
  3. Add the lemon juice and cold milk to the chicken and mix everything well. Cover and refrigerate for an hour.
  4. Mix Flour with corn starch powder, 1/2 tsp Red chili powder, little salt and crushed corn flakes.
  5. Heat the Oil in a pan. Take the marinated pieces of the chicken out of the marinade and put them in the mixed dry flour and flakes . Discard the extra marinade over the chicken pieces.
  6. Roll the pieces well, coating them properly in the dry flour mix. You can always put the flour mix in a ziploc bag and add chicken pieces to it and shake it up. That is kind of a little easier as well.
  7. Add the chicken pieces one by one to the hot oil.
  8. Fry them till the are golden and well fried.
  9. Take them out on a paper towel to drain out excess oil.
  10. Add hot sauce to another pan, heat it and add unsalted butter to it. Mix it well on low heat. Be careful that you don’t burn the sauce.
  11. Add the remaining chili powder. If you do not wish to add it, you don’t have to. Once everything is blended well, our sauce is ready.
  12. Add the fried chicken pieces to the sauce.
  13. Pre heat the oven to 350F. Take the Italian rolls, add chicken pieces rolled up in sauce. Add onions and Garlic mayo sauce.
  14. Add cheese on top and place them in the oven for 7-8 minutes, until the cheese melts.
  15. Serve Hot/ warm.
