Drumstick and thighs separated, Make slits

Instructions
Wash the chicken and pat dry. Add dry chili flakes, Tandoori powder, Fennel powder, salt and Turmeric powder to the chicken.
Further add Ginger Garlic paste and Lemon juice. Mix everything well.
Add the Flour and corn starch powder. Mix well and leave it aside for 15 – 30 minutes.
Heat Oil in a pan. Add the marinated chicken pieces. Add a few curry leaves. Fry till they are crunchy.
Take them out on a paper towel to drain out excess oil, if any.
Serve with the Garlic Mayo sauce and sliced Onions.
