Instructions
  1. Take a pan and add butter and oil to it. Adding oil to the butter helps the butter melt without burning. Add chicken and saute for 2 mins, till the chicken changes color.
  2. Add turmeric powder, salt, black pepper powder, red chili flakes, and garlic powder. Add ½ cup water and let the chicken cook at low to medium heat.
  3. Once the water dries up, add the dry parsley. Mix up well and cook till the chicken gets a little brown or crunchy. Take the chicken out of the pan. Turn the oven on at 350F.
  4. Add the sliced onions to the same pan, without cleaning. The onions will cook taking flavors from the spices that chicken has. The onions can also be added without this process. In any way you add them, the sandwich will taste great.
  5. To assemble, take the chicken and mix it up with garlic mayo sauce. Take the hot dog bun, add the Garlic Mayo sauce and carefully place the onions in between.
  6. Add the chicken pieces carefully.
  7. Also, spread some garlic mayo sauce.
  8. Sprinkle some cheese. Put the assembled buns in the oven for 5-7 minutes and up till the cheese melts.
  9. Serve warm.
  10. You can always serve just the chicken with Onions and sauce minus the bread.
