  1. Marinate the salmon fillets with garlic powder, lemon juice, black pepper, salt, turmeric powder and dry parsley. Keep aside for 15 mins. Heat a pan and add some oil. Add the marinated salmon to it and cook on medium flame for around 10 minutes, each side or till the salmon is cooked and has a crunchy exterior.
  2. Take all the chopped veggies and spray them with some oil and sprinkle some salt and pepper and leave them in a preheated oven at 300 F for 20-30 minutes.
  3. When you are done boiling the rice, add the canned beans to it and add some salt and dry parsley to it. You could also add a small pinch of curry powder to it, though its completely optional.
  4. Warm up the tortillas. I made mine fresh at home and if interested, you could check the website to see the method of making your own.
  5. Serve it all together with sour cream, lemon, onions and a sauce of your choice . It can be made in to a roll or eaten without the tortilla.
