Chicken Fajita
Chicken cooked with spices, with onions, bell peppers, salsa, avocado and cheese. Wrap it up in a tortilla and serve warm.

  1. Put the onions and bell peppers together with chicken in a bowl.
  2. Add salt, onion powder, black pepper, cumin powder, salt, paprika, garlic powder to the chicken and mix the all well.
  3. Heat a skillet or a pan and add the oil to it. Add the mix of chicken, onion and bell peppers.
  4. Cook and saute the chicken, onions and bell peppers. Cook on medium heat till they all are a little crunchy.
  5. Assemble the burritos, by placing chicken, tomato or salsa, avocado and cheese.
  6. Wrap as a roll, optionally toast. ENJOY!!!
Recipe Notes
  • Tomato can be sliced to replace salsa.
  • Avocados can be sliced if you don’t like them mashed.
