  1. Roll the marinated chicken pieces in Flour. This helps the chicken get crunchier.
  2. Whisk the flour, Rice flour and corn starch powder with little water. The batter should neither be too thick not too thin.
  3. Dip the Chicken pieces in the batter.
  4. Fry the chicken pieces.
  5. Take the Chicken pieces out on Kitchen towel to remove excess Oil.
  6. Add Little oil to the pan, add Ginger Garlic paste. Saute for a minute and add Bell Peppers, Onions, Green chilies, Coriander leaves and Mint leaves to a pan and saute.
  7. Add the fried chicken pieces.
  8. Add the Soy sauce, White pepper powder, Rice Vinegar, Honey and salt.
  9. Add the Dry Red chilies and the cornstarch powder mixed with water. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
  10. Serve as an appetizer and Enjoy.
