Shredded Chicken Burger

  1. Mix in salt, Red chili flakes, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, cumin powder and vinegar.
  2. Rub salt, Red chili flakes, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, cumin powder and vinegar. Keep it aside for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Add Oil to the pan and add the chicken pieces.
  4. Turn the chicken pieces around and add the soya sauce. Cook the chicken till the its cooked evenly and gets a little brown.
  5. Once cooked, take 2 forks and pull out the chicken pieces in a way as you are shredding them.
  6. Preheat the oven at 300F. Add the cooked chicken pieces, lettuce, onion and shredded cheese. Add a little garlic mayo sauce and little hot sauce. Place the burgers in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Serve with Fries or coleslaw or by itself.
