  1. Mix in chickpeas with onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, Red chili powder and chaat masala. Mix it well.
  2. Add in boiled potatoes. Mix everything well, mashing everything a little more coarsely.
  3. Put a little bit of the mix in each pani poori ball.
  4. Pour some yogurt on it. Also add some coriander mint chutney and Tamarind date chutney.
  5. Sprinkle some sev on top and serve.
