  1. Add butter to a pan. Add the oil too. Once the butter melts. Add the garlic and let it turn lights brown. Add the chicken followed by all the other ingredients, except for Shwarema Roti. Once the chicken is cooked, shred it by using two forks.
  2. Place the chicken on the shwarema roti, with sliced onions and garlic mayo sauce.
