  1. Wash, clean and pat dry the chicken.
  2. Add salt, and red chili powder to the flour and take it out on a plate. Roll the chicken fillet on it.
  3. Beat the egg and put it in a dish. Dip chicken fillet in the beaten egg.
  4. Add the breadcrumbs to another plate. Add the dry rosemary. Roll the chicken fillets in breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat oil and butter in a pan. Keep the heat to medium. Add them to the oil and fry till golden brown. Take it out on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  6. Once you are done frying all the chicken pieces, Add the garlic powder, chopped onions and hot sauce. Cook for around 5 minutes on medium heat till the sauce gets thick. Serve the fried chicken on a plate. Add a TBSP of sauce on the chicken and throw a few capers around. Serve with a side of pasta or Rice. ENJOY!!!
