  1. Wash and pat dry the chicken pieces and mix them with ginger garlic paste and lemon juice. Mix everything well and Keep it aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Add coriander leaves and green chilies.
  3. Add cumin powder, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, greek yoghurt and corn starch powder. Leave aside for 30 minutes.
  4. Add Kasoori methi and mix well.
  5. Add oil and butter to a pan and add the marinated chicken, discarding the extra marination.
  6. Keep stirring to ensure that the chicken is cooked evenly.
  7. Cook till the sauce of the chicken completely dries.
  8. Serve with onions on the side. ENJOY!!!
