  1. Mix Flour, corn starch, salt and garlic powder. Pu it in a ziploc bag. Wash and pat dry the chicken wings. Add them to the bag and shake to coat all the wings. Remember there should be no moisture in the wings or the flour would clump. The flour should only be lightly dusted on the wings.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the wings till they turn golden brown.
  3. Prepare the sauce by heating oil and butter together in a pan. Once the butter melts, add the red hot sauce accompanied with onion powder and red chili powder. Whisk everything well and let it come to a boil. You can omit the chili powder if you prefer it less spicy.
  4. Take the wings out on a paper towel to drain all the excess oil.
  5. Mix the wings and the hot sauce. I like putting wings in a mixing bowl and pour the sauce in. Then cover the bowl with a lid and shake
