Heat the water at 110-115 F. Add sugar and water and cover. Let it sit for 5-7 minutes, till it gets frothy on top.
Add the flour to a mixing bowl. Add salt and Oil and give it a stir.
Add the yeast mix water.
Make a dough.
Add a little more water tsp at a time if the dough looks dry.
It should leave the bowl clean from the sides once you make a dough. Cover the moxing bowl. Leave the dough to rise in a warm place, like an oven [that’s off] or a closet.
The dough should double in size. Punch it down. Its ready to use.
