  1. Mix all the ingredients together, except Oil. Mix in water as required and make a dough. Keep it aside, covered, for around 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan. Take the dough and divide it into 4 balls and roll in the shape of a roti. Fry it on the pan, using little oil as required. Serve hot with Yogurt or pickle.
