Ingredients

Sooji
I used coarse, but you can use Farina, or Fine sooji if you desire

Instructions
Add Semolina/Rava to a pan.
Roast the Rava till its light brown in color. Take it out and keep aside.
Add Oil to a pan. Once warm, add mustard seeds, asafoetida and curry leaves.
Once the mustard seeds splutter, add onions.
Once the onions are transparent and soft, add green chilies and coriander leaves.
Add tomatoes and cook till they are mushy.
Add water, turmeric powder and salt.
Once the water boils, add the roasted Rava. Cook till the water dries up.
Serve with Sambhar or Coconut chutney or both.
