  1. Fry the Rotis.
  2. Take them out on a paper towel.
  3. Crush to small pieces and eventually to a powder. I use a mortar and pestle. You can do the same or use a coffee grinder.
  4. Take the Almonds and crush them to a powder as well or you can also use Almond powder from the market.
  5. Mix coconut powder, Roti powder and Almond powder together.
  6. Add sugar and mix well.
  7. Add Cardamom powder and saffron.
  8. Heat ghee in a pan and add Carom seeds/ajwain. Once they splutter add it to the mix.
  9. Mix everything well and keep in an airtight container.
