King fish Mackerel
You can also pick Tilapia, Pomfret or Sea bass. Fish should cut to thin pieces.

Any other oil of your choice is fine too
Instructions
Wash and pat dry the fish.
Make the marination with Tamarind paste, Ginger garlic paste, Red chili powder,Turmeric powder, Cumin powder, black pepper powder and 1/2 tsp of salt.
Add the fish pieces to the spice mix.
Roll the fish pieces well and marinate for 2-3 hours, even overnight if you want.
Mix Rice flour with corn starch powder and 1/2 tsp of salt.
Roll the pieces properly from both sides.
Heat Oil in a pan. Add only little at a time since we need to pan fry.
Add the fish pieces and pan fry till its completely fried and looks crunchy from both sides.
Serve hot with onions on the side.
