Whole Milk

Instructions
Boil the milk and cream till its reduced to 75%.
Add Lychee with syrup. At this point, the milk will curdle.
Add sugar, cardamom powder, vanilla essence and lychee flavor essence. Mix well and once the whey separates, strain it in a muslin cloth.
Strain the mixture for around 30 minutes and add in Milk powder. Add in more sugar at this point if needed.
Mix everything well.
Mix the crushed cookies with butter. Add the crushed cookies as a base for the pan.
Turn the oven to 325F. Add the mixture on top of the crushed cookies. Make sure you level the mixture before you put it in the oven.
Let it bake for 20 minutes. Cool and serve.
Recipe Notes
If not, add 2 tsp of vinegar, but in that case wash the curdled milk with ice cold water while you hang it in muslin cloth.
