  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with turmeric powder, Red chili powder, Salt, Ginger Garlic paste and Lemon Juice. Keep aside for 1 hour. This would be the first marination.
  2. Mix Yoghurt, Corn starch powder, Red chili flakes, cumin powder and white pepper powder .
  3. Add the yoghurt mix to the chicken. Also add the kewra water and saffron strands. Keep aside for 2 hours. This is the second marination.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350 F and place the drumstick. Cook for 30 mins, turning and basting the drumsticks 3-4 times in between.
  5. Serve hot with lemon and onions on the side.
