Ingredients

Vermicelli
around 300 gms
1/2
cup
Ghee
1/2
cup
milk
1
cup
Khoya
Grated
1/2
cup
Almond+pistachios
chopped
1
cup
granulated Sugar
More or less according to your taste

Dry coconut powder

cardamom powder
1/2

Water
Instructions
Heat Ghee in a pan till it melts. Add cardamom powder.
Add the Vermicelli to the melted ghee.
Cook till the Vermicelli seems cooked.
Add half a cup of water.
Cover and cook for 5-7 mins, till the Vermicelli turns a little soft.
Add the grated Khoya.
Cook and stir continuously till the khots gets all crumbly.
Add Milk to the Vermicelli.
Add Granulated sugar and mix well.
Once the sugar dissolves, Add the chopped nuts.
Add the coconut powder.
Serve warm. Decorate it with silver leaf and some more chopped nuts.
