  1. Wash and make cuts on the Tilapia . Pat dry and rub it with some salt and lemon juice. Keep aside for 15 minutes. Make a paste of tandoori powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder and cumin powder. Add vinegar to the powder paste. Wash the tilapia and pat dry again. Rub it with the marinade prepared and keep aside for 1 hour.
  2. Grill it from both sides on the grill. If using an oven, heat it at 400F and grill for 15 minutes, turning once in between.
  3. Use an oven grill and make sure you put a pan underneath to catch all the drippings.
  4. Serve with a side of sauce and onions.
