  1. Mix milk, lemon juice, egg, turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp salt and chili powder. Mix them all well. Take the chicken strips and marinate them in the mix for 30 minutes
  2. Add flour, salt and bread crumbs to a ziploc bag. Add the marinated chicken strips to it. See that you only add the chicken and not the whole marination. Shake the bag so all the chicken pieces are well coated.
  3. Deep fry the chicken strips till they turn golden brown.
  4. Serve them warm with ketchup or chutney, whatever is preferred by your guests and a side of french fries.
