1/2cupgarlic mayo sauce1/2 tsp Garlic powder mixed with 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt and 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
Instructions
Marinade the chicken with the ingredients listed with Taco seasoning, Oil and Lemon Juice. Leave it aside for 10 minutes.
Heat up a skillet and cook the chicken.
Cook till the chicken is well done.
Make a dough with Corn flour, salt, Oil and water. Use water as required. Cover and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Heat the Tortilla maker. Divide the dough in to 8-10 small parts and make rounds balls of the dough. Place one ball in the Tortilla maker. Press and flatten it and cook from both sides.
Once the Tortilla is made, place a lettuce leaf, and add the garlic-mayo sauce.
Add the chopped jalapenos, tomato and onion.
Roughly chop the chicken a little and add the Chicken to the Tortilla.
Add some shredded cheese and a little extra sauce if needed.
