Instructions
  1. Add Oil to a pan, followed by sliced Onions.
  2. Cook the Onions till they turn brown. Add Ginger garlic paste and saute it for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the Red chili powder, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder and salt and cook on low to medium heat till the oil separates.
  4. Add Chicken and mix well.
  5. Add the green chilies and let it cook for 5 minutes till the chicken changes color.
  6. Make a puree with Tomato and coconut.
  7. Add the tomato-coconut puree to the chicken. Let it cook for 7-10 minutes. At this point if you feel the sauce is too thick, add 1/2 a cup of water.
  8. Add the valor lilva and cook for 7-10 minutes.
  9. Add the Dill leaves and kasoori methi. Let it simmer for 5 minutes. Turn the gas off.
  10. The curry is ready. Serve it warm and fresh.
  11. Serve along side with Parantha or boiled rice.
