Buffalo Chicken Pizza
A home made Pizza dough, topped with fried chicken that has been dipped in hot sauce, along with shredded cheese and marinara sauce…Finally, grilled to perfection.

  1. 1. Wash, clean and pat dry the chicken pieces. Mix the pieces of chicken with flour, rice flour, corn starch and salt.
  2. 2. Heat the oil for frying and fry the chicken pieces.
  3. 3. Heat another pan, add butter and Olive oil. Add hot sauce. Once it comes to a boil, add the onion powder. Add chicken pieces and Mix everything well.
  4. 4. To start making the pizza, roll the dough
  5. 5. Once it rolled, place it on a pizza pan, add the pizza sauce.Place the pieces of chicken on it.
  6. 7. Add the shredded cheese and basil on top. Preheat the oven to 475F .
  7. 11. Bake for 12-15 minutes. For the last minute, I move the oven rack to the top rack to really brown the edges. That’s optional.
  8. 12. Slice hot pizza and serve immediately. Store leftover pizza covered tightly in the refrigerator and reheat as you prefer. ENJOY!!!
