Instructions
Mix the Beetroots, carrots, potatoes and corn. Mix in green chilies and all the dry spices. Mix well. Add in Besan and mix again.
Flatten them in the shape of a cutlet, roll them in semolina. Heat oil in a frying pan. Keep and fry these cutlets till they are brown and crunchy.
