Ingredients

  1. Add 1 tbsp Sesame Oil to the pan and fry the peanuts.
  2. Mix Soya sauce, 1 tbsp Sesame Oil, Dry red chili flakes, Rice Vinegar, Hot sauce and brown sugar. Mix in crushed garlic and mix well.
  3. Take the peanuts out and add in the vegetable Oil. Toss in the chicken pieces and cook them till they change color. Take it out.
  4. Add in the dry red whole chilies and Onions. Cook till the onions become soft. If you are using bell peppers, this is the time to add them. Cook on high heat.
  5. Add half of the scallions and saute.
  6. Add the chicken and Peanuts. Add salt, Black pepper and white Pepper. Mix well.
  7. Add the Noodles.
  8. Add the mixed oil and spice.
  9. Add the remaining scallions.
  10. Serve warm .
