  1. Heat up the milk and cream together . Add Sugar, Vanilla essence and Salt. Mix all ingredients together and bring it to a boil. Cook on low heat till the milk-cream is thicker and reduces to 75%. Now let it rest, cool down, cover and put it in the freezer for one hour. Take the ice cream out and let it churn in the ice cream maker for 10-15 minutes, till it appears creamier. Put it in the freezer again for 6-8 hours. Serve it any special way that pleases you.
