Mix in the sugar, honey, cinnamon powder, Nutmeg powder, and Mace powder.
Make the dough combing Flour, salt, and ghee and gradually adding water to form a nice and soft dough. Keep it covered and let it rest for 10 minutes. Divide the dough into equal parts.
Roll the dough and add the filling.
Close it nicely, sealing it well.
Roll it again or just pat it slightly equally from all sides.
