  1. Make a dough by mixing all the ingredients except the oil for spreading to cook. Cover the dough and keep it covered for 30 minutes.
  2. Divide it to eight to ten balls. Heat a pan. Roll each ball as thin as possible. Cook the roti from both sides. Apply little oil if and when needed. I usually like mine without oil.
  3. Add filling and onions and sauce. Serve.
