Add Oil to a pan followed by Meat chunks and sprinkle a little salt.
Turn the meat pieces around till they look a little cooked from outside.
Add the Ginger garlic paste, raw papaya paste, vinegar and green chili paste. Add a little water as well.
Once the water dries a little, add more water and add Red chili powder, tandoori powder, Turmeric powder, cumin powder and black pepper powder. Cook for 20-25 minutes on medium to high flame.
By this time the meat should be cooked. Add yogurt and dry mint leaves. Mix well and cook till the masala dries up.
Serve with Onions and Lemon. Sprinkle a little chaat masala.
