  1. Marinate the Chicken chunks in Ginger garlic paste, Lemon juice, salt and green chilies.
  2. Add the saffron strands. Leave the juices to mix in for 30-45 minutes.
  3. Add in Yogurt and mix well.
  4. Add in the spices. Add Cumin powder, Tandoori powder, Turmeric powder and White pepper powder. Mix well.
  5. Add the roasted besan.
  6. Add Kasoori methi.
  7. Add cream. Mix well and marinate for 2.5-3 hours. Keeping it in the refrigerator would be better.
  8. Add the marinated kebab to the skewers along with onions and bell peppers. Brush with Oil. If you aren’t using oil, you can also substitute it with butter or you can also use Oil spray.
  9. Pre heat the oven to 400F. Cook the kebabs for 25-30 minutes and turn the kebabs around every 10 minutes.
  10. Serve along with some salad.
