Ingredients

  1. Mix in Yogurt, Cream, Shredded Cheese, Olive Oil and Ginger garlic paste.
  2. Mix in Black pepper, White pepper, Cumin powder, Turmeric Powder, Red chili powder, Tandoori Powder and salt.
  3. Add in chicken pieces with Coriander leaves, Green chilies and Lemon juice.
  4. Add Kasoori Methi to the Chicken.
  5. Make a puree of soaked cashews.
  6. Add the Cashew puree to the chicken. Mix well. Refrigerate and let the Chicken marinate for 2-3 hours. If you can leave it for longer, that’s fine too.
  7. Preheat the oven to 400F or 180C. Put them in a skewer along with Onions and Bell peppers.
  8. Place them in the oven for 30-40 minutes. Turn them around 2-3 times in between .
  9. Serve them hot with any sauce of your choice.
