Mango Puree

Bananas

Almond Milk
Any kind if don’t prefer Almond Milk

tbsp
Honey

tsp
Flax seed

Greek Yogurt
Instructions
Add the Mango Puree with chopped bananas in a blender
Add the Flaxseed
Add honey.
Add Yogurt and Milk and blend all the ingredients till everything blends in completely smooth.
Serve immediately.
