Kesar Pista kulfi

cups
Whole Milk
1
cup
Heavy cream
1/4
cup
Pistachios
crushed for garnishing
Instructions
Add 1 scoop of ice cream in each glass.
Add the remaining 8 scoops with Milk and heavy cream and blend it well.
It should be a thick liquid.
Add it on top of the ice cream scoops in the glass. Garnish with crushed pistachios.
Recipe Notes
You can substitute Heavy cream with Milk if you want.
