Carrots
Peel, wash and grated

Whole Milk
Partially boiled

Less if your sugar granules are big

Instructions
Add Ghee to a pan
Add the grated carrots and cook for 7-10 minutes on low to medium flame.
Heat milk in a separate pan and add it to the carrots.
Keep cooking till the milk is only one quarter of the original quantity left.
Add the grated khoya and mix for 5 minutes.
Add sugar and mix well.
Add cardamom powder and cook till the liquid in the Halwa is all dry.
Garnish with chopped Almonds and Pistachios. Serve warm.
