  1. Mix in eggs, milk and brown sugar. Whisk well.
  2. Add in cardamom powder and cinnamon powder and whisk it really well, so the spices blend in well.
  3. Dip the bread slice in the egg mix.
  4. Make sure the bread slice is completely coated in the egg mix.
  5. Heat a pan with little oil at a time and put the bread slice in the pan and cook from brown side till the slice looks cooked.
  6. Spread a little Maple syrup on a plate and put the cooked bread slices.
  7. Sprinkle some confectioner’s sugar and add some chocolate chips around. Serve and Enjoy.
