Dry Fish Curry
Dry curry with Tilapia and veggies.

Instructions
  1. Add a little salt and a pinch of Turmeric powder and mix it in the fillet for 20 minutes. This usually helps in eliminating fish odor. wash it and pat dry it.
  2. Add oil to a pan, followed by cumin seeds, mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  3. Once the the seeds start spluttering, add onions
  4. Once the onions turn soft, add the bell peppers.
  5. Add the Ginger Garlic paste and saute for another 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add Red chili powder, Turmeric powder and salt.
  7. Add Red chili flakes and coriander powder. Mix everything well and add 2-3 tblsp of water if you think the curry looks too dry, since it will get dier as you cook, so at this point it should still be a little juicy or damp.
  8. Once the veggies look softened, add the fish fillet.
  9. Add the green chilies too. Mix everything or saute with a light hand or you might end up breaking the fish.
  10. Keep the flame to the lowest, cover the pan and let everything blend in for 5-7 minutes.
  11. The fish curry is ready. Serve it with fresh cooked phulkas.
