  1. Heat the Oven at 375F. Punch the dough down.
  2. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Roll out one half in a long rectangle and try to roll it slightly thin. Spray or rub some vegetable oil on a baking pan. Put the rolled out dough on the pan. Punch few holes with a fork. Put it in the oven for 5-7 minutes, just so its partially cooked.
  3. Take the flat bread out and spread some pizza sauce on it. Spread around a few slices of Onions as well.
  4. Add some Tandoori chicken. Make sure to chop it to small pieces if the pieces are big.
  5. Add the shredded cheese.
  6. Place the pizza in the oven and let it cook for 15-20 minutes. I like mine well done, but you prefer it less done, you can take it out at 12-15 minutes.
  7. Cut them to slices and you can always sprinkle few chili flakes before serving. Again, its completely personal choice, we like ours a little spiced up.
