Wash and Pat dry. Make slits

Or any other Oil of your choice
Instructions
Make multiple slits on the chicken.
Add all the ingredients to the Chicken, except the Oil.
Rub everything properly on the Chicken. Make sure to rub them between the slits too. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Steam the Chicken pieces for 10-15 mins.
The Chicken should be soft and all cooked when you take it out of the steamer.
Add Oil to a pan and fry the chicken.
Cook till its well done.
Serve with Roomali Roti and chutney or as a side dish.
