Instructions
Crush the walnuts to a powder. Don’t run the mixer for more than 5 seconds. Running the mixer for longer to crush makes the oil secrete oil.
Crush the Cashews to a powder. Don’t run the mixer for more than 5 seconds. Running the mixer for longer to crush makes the oil secrete oil.
Add ghee to a pan. Add cardamom powder and saute for 1 minute.
Add Akhrot powder and saute for 5 minutes.
Add the cashew powder and saute it with the Akhrot powder for another 5 mins.
Add the grated khoya and mix till the khoya completely blends.
Add sugar. If your sugar granules are big, like if it doesn’t melt quickly, you will have to grind the sugar before adding it.
The sugar will release water when it melts. Cook till the water dries up completely.
To that, add the milk. Keep stirring constantly.
Cook till it reaches the desired consistency.
Decorate with pistachios and silver leaf.
